POSTER CONTEST "YOUTH WORLD WITHOUT AIDS"
We for Civil Equality NGO (WFCE) is happy to announce a poster contest ‘YOUTH WORLD WITHOUT AIDS’ on the International World AIDS Day marked on December 1.
The submitted poster must be original and unpublished. Syndicated, copyrighted pieces of work (including photos of celebrities, advertisement campaigns, logos of various companies, organizations etc.) will not be accepted. There are no limitations to the poster image formats; photos, pieces of graphic arts, collages etc. will be accepted. Posters should be artistic, positive in approach and should reflect the efforts of young people in fighting HIV/AIDS and combating discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS. The Selection Committee will select three winners who will receive certificates and valuable prizes. The posters will be judged by the following criteria:
1. Poster Requirements
Posters must be submitted in an electronic format and delivered in an editable Adobe Photoshop format (PSD). Quality must be 300 dpi (in case of a photo poster). The size must be DIN A4.
2. Delivery of posters
Posters will be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please in the subject line indicate: Your full name_APA-2011. The submission must include:
- Preview of the work in JPG/PNG format
- The PSD file compressed as ZIP or RAR
- Personal data of the contest participant (including full name, current full address, contact phone number, e-mail and age).
Posters will be accepted from October 15 till November 10, 2011. The winners will be announced on November 15 and their posters will be published in the first issue of WFCE’s quarterly periodical “Youth Dialogue” funded by the Dutch MFA trough MATRA project.
By submitting their work, participants will transfer all rights of reproduction, modification and dissemination of the poster to WFCE.
